Michael Ralls, a CRNA at Great Plains Regional Medical Center in Elk City, Okla., was fired and charged with three counts of sexual battery after multiple employees and a high school intern accused him of inappropriate conduct, according to a May 12 report by ABC affiliate KOCO-TV.
Court documents cited by the outlet allege Mr. Ralls made repeated unwanted sexual advances toward co-workers, including inappropriate touching, blocking employees from leaving rooms and whispering sexual comments.
One employee told investigators Mr. Ralls touched her inappropriately about 60 times between Nov. 1, 2025, and Jan. 31, 2026, according to the report.
Great Plains Regional Medical Center terminated Mr. Ralls after an internal investigation. Authorities said the investigation also revealed he previously worked in Texas, Arkansas, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri and Arizona.
Mr. Ralls was arrested in Illinois by the Milan Police Department. Court records also show he faced domestic abuse assault and harassment charges in Iowa in 2024.
The investigation remains ongoing.
