Our anesthesia team consists of four anesthesiologists and two CRNAs covering four operating rooms and endoscopy.
The anesthesiologists have the opportunity to maintain their clinical skills rather than spending every day exclusively supervising.
Approximately half of the time, anesthesiologists are personally providing anesthesia, with the remainder involving the anesthesia care team.
For physicians who still enjoy doing their own cases but also appreciate working with experienced CRNAs, this offers an attractive balance.
The case mix is primarily bread-and-butter anesthesia, including general surgery, orthopedics, outpatient surgery, endoscopy, regional anesthesia, and obstetrics.
