Compensation and Benefits
- $535,000 annual W-2 salary
- $60,000 signing bonus

With $535,000 in annual salary and a $60,000 signing bonus, your first-year cash compensation could reach $595,000, before the value of your benefits.
An Anesthesia Practice Built Around Teamwork
We are building an anesthesia department where physicians and CRNAs work together, communication is encouraged, and everyone is treated as a valued member of the team.
Our anesthesia care team (ACT) model includes experienced CRNAs who provide excellent clinical care and work closely with our anesthesiologists.
As an anesthesiologist, you will primarily medically direct CRNAs rather than personally perform cases throughout the day.
Our case mix offers enough variety to keep your clinical skills sharp without the burden of cardiac or major trauma cases.
Cases include:
- Orthopedics and regional anesthesia
- Spine and neurosurgery
- Vascular surgery
- General surgery
- Urology and gynecology
- ENT and plastic surgery
- Endoscopy and bronchoscopy
- TEEs and cardioversions
- Occasional pediatric and obstetric cases
The operating rooms are efficient, the CRNA team is strong, and our goal is to create an environment where anesthesiologists can concentrate on practicing excellent medicine rather than dealing with unnecessary administrative headaches.
A Call Schedule That Lets You Have a Life
Call is just 1:7 and taken from home, with a manageable callback volume.
You are usually off the day following call, and there is no second-call responsibility.
